Simply drop this script in, and all the leaves on the server will decay at a much faster rate! The drop rates for sticks/apples/saplings from the leaves are all the same as vanilla. Leaves that are marked with the persistent tag (that is to say, placed by hand by the player), will not decay, even if touching leaves that are decaying. No need to worry about your bushes fading away because they were too close to a tree!
