This is a creative-mode GUI to edit banners without restriction. Imagine the loom but without having to collect the items and with a slightly clearer interface.
This was slapped together over the course of ten minutes because somebody on a server complained about the lack of a way to edit banners easily in creative. Code isn't perfect but ain't terrible.
To use it, hold a banner and "/editbanner". Requires permission "dscript.editbanner"
