Spleef Shovels - Adds 3 new shovels to spice up the spleef game.

Adds 3 new custom spleef shovels to spice up the spleef minigame:

• The explosive shovel: does what it says, whenever you break a block, it will explode.
• The tunneling shovel: sends a tunnel from you to the block you clicked on, digging it all the way down.
• The building shovel: pulls the block you clicked on and blocks below it up, creating a wall.
