I'm running a paper Minecraft server on 1.16.5

I'm in need of a scripter to make me a "kill and return for a reward quest" this quest will also explain how interacting works with npc's. I'm willing to pay $15 an hour via paypal for your work done.
The quest idea
-Player spawns on my server and interacts with the first npc the see named Bobby one eye
-Bobby one eye will talk to the player and explain how questing works aka interacting with npc ect
-After the explanation Billy one eye ask the player if he would be willing to do a task for him
-If the player replies with 'yes' in chat the quest will begin
-Billy one eye will ask the player to kill 5 skeletons as they are the reason for him loosing his eye
-The player go's into the wild and kills any 5 skeletons he finds and returns to Billy one eye'
-Billy one eye will then reward them with a crossbow that has fire aspect enchantment on it called "serpents tongue"
