Fixes and Verified High Quality

[Bugfixes]

• Fixed an error, when a hammer breaks due to insufficient durability (vanilla)
• Player's wont loose their foreign SLOW_DIGGING effect anymore, when they logging in.

[Changes]

• The lore of new crafted hammers, will translate automatically to the player selected language.
