Custom Potion Command - Potion maker, give me your strongest potion!

Super simple script that allows OP'd players to give themselves custom potion items. Takes a custom name, which can use tags (for coloring purposes or whatever), a valid colortag color (hex codes, or the word random, or certain color names), and then a set of six arguments defining the potion. The arguments are the potiontype effect, the amplifier, the duration in ticks, followed by three booleans for ambient, particles, and the icon, respectively.
