Can i requests help make a script here?

Hi i wanna know if i can request help for a script i need for my server here because i am noob with denizen for now but i know i can use for make my idea
So the script i need is:
Ghouls
Ghoul can eat rottlen flesh and that give 3 hearts healt regeneration, jump boost and speed for some seconds (5).
Also can drink waterbottle(Coffee) give 1.5 hearts healt regeneration, saturation 5
All the other food poisoning for 10 seconds (a Hunger effect).
Humans
Can eat everything unless rotten flesh, and this rank dont get any potion effect when eats.
Can someone help me with this please?
