A Interaction script that only runs if the player doesn't have such flag

Looking for someone to make me a script where it runs a chat message confirm if Player want to recieve the "Items" and if they click yes it'll run a bundles console commands to give items and flag them with "recieved" flag and they won't be able to recieve more items if they have such flag. (Send a return message: "Bla bla bla, bla bla.")
Also a script that do the similiar thing, The player interact with the NPC, Player confirms it runs a console command targeting player, flag the player with the flag "Selected" and they can't select it anymore, If flag selected is true it returns "Something something, you can't something something"
