Forum Suggestion: Scripts Category

Post by Anthony » August 6th, 2016, 5:34 pm

I'm feeling like Scripts should have its own board in which there are sub-categories such as release, request, help, ideas, how-to.
I also feel like the release section should be more... familiar in format to bukkit/spigot release sections. This would mean a totally different template for the script release sub-section which is doable.

Thoughts?

How would we accomplish that?

Eh, every category can have its own page template. So we'd need a custom post type for the display and the post creation page. The post creation/edit page would need a file upload and text box for version.

I like the 'request script' idea.

Why is "file upload" needed? To download scripts better instead of pastebin?
