Tool Fetcher - Fetches your tools when you break them

Do you hate it when you are mining gleefully away and then suddenly... BAM! your pickaxe breaks. Of course you came prepared, because you had a backup pickaxe, but its just *so annoying* to go into the inventory to get it so you can keep mining.

Well be annoyed no more! With the Tool Fetcher, your next tool of that type that broke will be instantly transported to your hand.

The Tool Fetcher will not fire if your item is from an item script or has enchantments, nor will it replace the tool...
