dRomansEngine - Convert ugly and unsophisticated arabic numbers into unreadable but lofty romans!

WARNING: This is a bit broken (14 would be XIIII and not XIV)
Otherwise it works not that bad.

If you found a pretty way of correcting this lil error, ping me in Discord and ill update it.

Usage:
<proc[arabic_to_roman].context[<integer_here>]>
or
<integer_here.proc[arabic_to_roman]>

As any procedure with one input works, basically...
