Laser blaster 1.0

Adds a laser blaster that shoots out red laser beams, requires 1.19.4+.
No this is not scientifically accurate.

Installation:​

1. Add the Denizen plugin to your server.
2. Add LaserBlaster.dsc to your plugins/Denizen/scripts folder
3. Reload your scripts with /ex reload
4. Use /laser-blaster to give yourself the blaster
